Communication Series: Managing a team

12 September @ 10:00 am 11:30 am

Live Webinar

This webinar will explore the skills needed to manage a team in hybrid working times.

Line management requires skills that are often assumed and not taught. Earlier this year we covered some of the foundations of good people management, now we’re taking that further with two sessions for people who have line management as part of their role.

In this session you’ll look at how to:

  • Manage a team in hybrid working times
  • Listen, inspire and motivate
  • Look out for yours and your team’s wellbeing

This session will:

  • Help you understand how team members are motivated
  • Explore the basics of performance management
  • Enable you to identify health boundaries and advocate for your team

Any prior knowledge/experience needed to benefit from this session?

This webinar is for people at mid-career level who have line management as part of their role.

It will be an interactive session with lots of ideas and practical tips as well as a chance to think about your own management style and areas for development.
