Case Study: The Point

August 25 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

— segmentation and reaching new audiences

What is it about?

In this one-hour webinar, Ellie Russell, Marketing Manager at The Point in Eastleigh, will explain how they reach new audiences.

You’ll hear tried and tested techniques that Ellie and her team have implemented. Learn what worked and what didn’t. Ellie will describe the simple steps she’s taken to prioritise certain segments of their audiences and you will discover how The Point decipher their data to make informed decisions on who to target.

You’ll leave with some practical insights into how a small regional theatre is making their campaign work more effective.

What will I gain?

— Knowledge from a peer on practical ways to target specific audience groups

— Insights into tools used to reach new audiences

— An understanding of how The Point are using their data to inform their marketing campaigns

Who is it for?

This case study is specifically about The Point, Eastleigh. It is therefore most suitable for those who also work in ticketed venues or small regional organisations. Ellie will touch on their use of Audience Finder.

How do I take part?

We will be using an online training platform called WebEx for this event. Before booking, please complete our online training checklist to ensure you get the most out of this training.
