This two-hour webinar will provoke your thinking about the way you work, including how to learn from your own work, and how you can work better while supporting your wellbeing.

What is it about?

— Learn how to effectively reflect, self-evaluate, and capture the results.

— Explore how reflection can develop your personal and professional self.

— How to make time in your busy working life to look after yourself in order to perform well.

You’ll leave feeling more confident in your ability to carve time to reflect effectively and support your wellbeing as well as your performance at work.

Please note: this webinar will last 1.5 hours.

— Good habits for a happy and healthy career

— Understanding of your own needs and ways to enhance your performance at work whilst looking after yourself

Auriel Majumdar | Creative Business Coach and Consultant

Auriel Majumdar is a Creative Coach and Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience working in organisations as manager, strategist and change maker. In her coaching practice, Auriel specialises in business, leadership and personal development in the creative sector. Her coaching and facilitation practice has a particular emphasis on the use of creative techniques to challenge individuals and groups to achieve the changes they want.   

Her qualifications include a BSc. in Psychology from Durham University and an MSc. in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University and she is proud to be a qualified Time To Think coach. She is currently undertaking Doctoral research for a PhD in Professional Development: Psychological Perspectives with University of Canterbury Christchurch and the Professional Development Foundation researching the connections between Coaching and Art. 

Auriel is a lecturer on the MSc. Coaching and Mentoring programme at Sheffield Hallam University.  

She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)practising within the EMCC’s Code of Ethics and a Board member of Sheffield’s Site Gallery.
