What is it about?
As the leader of a small-scale arts or cultural organisation you’re likely to be wearing many hats and have competing demands on your time.
The Small-Scale Development Programme (SSDP) has been created to provide a short and intensive programme to review how you can reach and engage more people more often, to realise your ambitions for your company and drive a successful future. Together with our expert trainers, we’ve crafted a tailored programme that provides a mix of organisational, strategic and practical skills to help you achieve your audience objectives.
The SSDP consists of an intensive residential to develop skills and knowledge and follow-up online coaching with programme trainers to help put your plans into practice.
For further information, visit our Small-Scale Development Programme page.
The Small-Scale Development Programme is heavily subsidised and costs just £95 +VAT. This includes all your training, accommodation and meals whilst at the residential, and your post-residential online coaching.
Before you book
Are you the leader of your organisation? We’re looking for people with job titles like CEO or Director.
Does your organisation have 10 or fewer staff? Please include full-time equivalent staff.
If the answer is yes to both questions, please go ahead and book.
This programme isn’t a suitable development opportunity for less senior members of your team. If this is what you’re looking for, please check out our other training events.
You can expect the residential to be an intensive period of learning, therefore you will get the most from it if you’re able to put your day-to-day work aside while you’re there.
