AI for audience insight and data

Most teams have more data than they know what to do with. Survey responses sit in spreadsheets. Feedback forms get skimmed and filed. Box office reports and visitor stats tell you what happened, but not why.

AI changes this.

Not by replacing your judgement, but by making the hard parts easier such as cleaning, sorting, spotting patterns and pulling themes from open-text responses

This practical webinar with Paul Blundell, Head of Digital Research and Development at the Arts Marketing Association, will look at how AI can help you get more from the data you already have. You will work with real examples to pull insights from survey data, find patterns in qualitative feedback and start connecting the numbers with the reasons behind them.

You will learn how to connect quantitative data (e.g. box office, visitor stats) with qualitative insight to understand not just what happened, but why. And start to analyse qualitative data to identify themes, patterns and emerging signals.

You will leave with an understanding of:

  • Where AI can support audience insight work and where judgement still matters
  • Identifying common gaps in how audience data is currently used, especially the disconnect between numbers and meaning
  • How to use AI to clean, sort and structure messy data such as survey responses and feedback

Who it’s for:

Anyone wanting a practical introduction to using AI for audience insight and data. No prior experience needed.
