What is it about?
With advice around Covid-19 changing day to day, managing new challenges and increased workloads is also a day to day requirement.
During this webinar we will look at how to manage your crisis communications, in particular dealing with closures or cancellations; putting together a comms plan under pressure, how to move fast and still reassure your audiences.
This is a free to access, one and a half hour session.
