Business Not As Usual:

The Ethical Relevance Toolkit for Cultural Marketers

In an era of intense scrutiny and geopolitical turbulence, compliance-based EDI is no longer enough to protect your organisation.

The EEDIIBOA Series (Equality, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Inclusivity, Belonging, Othering, Acknowledgement) provides a strategic, three-level framework to move you from ambiguity to accountable action.

By mastering Ethical Relevance, you future-proof your brand, secure sustainable funding, and build the resilience needed to lead with integrity in a volatile world.

Level 3: Systemic Leadership in Ethical Accountability

Designed exclusively for executives and organisational leaders, this summit-level course addresses the systemic risks threatening cultural institutions today.

You will master the governance of AI to prevent algorithmic bias, link climate justice to long-term financial survival, and implement “Empathy-Driven Accountability” for senior staff. This is your guide to leading a humane, legally robust, and ethically ambitious organisation.

Essentials of EDI for Marketing Level 3: Systemic Leadership is a hybrid course made up of five modules.

Module 1 and Module 5 will be live sessions on Zoom and Modules 2, 3 and 4 will be self-paced online learning accessed on LearnWorlds.

Starts on Monday 1 June 2026 and the deadline for completing the course is Monday 13 July.

Each module should take on average two hours to complete and includes video tutorials, practical exercises and further reading.

To receive your course certificate, you must complete all modules by the end of Monday 13 July.

Please note that the levels are non-linear. As you can see from the level descriptions, you don’t need to follow a Level 1-Level 2-Level 3 path. Choose the levels that match your needs and experience
