Group work

Small Scale Development Programme

Designed for small arts, culture and heritage organisations focused on developing their business. 

Runs May and October,

Starting at 5pm on the first evening, the course runs over the following two days. An intense programme with additional 1:1 coaching included. 

Audience Diversity Academy

Drive organisational change and build your audiences. 

Runs online, between April 2020 and December 2020.

The programme combines online training and delegate-led experiments with additional mentor support included.

Digital Lab

Take digital marketing further, with work-based experiments, supporting an agile approach to digital work. 

Runs twice a year.

Paired with a mentor, you will take part in workshops with a cohort of peers – all taking place online.

Shared Ambition

Helping marketers and fundraisers integrate their work for more effective results. 

This change programme will help your organisation bring its marketing and fundraising functions closer together.

Runs July – October. 

Starts with a work-based exercise followed by a 2.5 day residential programme and follow-up coaching sessions.

Breakthrough: Inclusive Organisations

Breakthrough helps you build inclusive organisations with workshops and coaching from experts with extensive experience developing team performance and in diversifying teams and audiences.

You will work with experts in leadership, team building, business and marketing strategy and diversity.
