Developed specifically for your organisation

AMA can deliver internal training for your organisation, or help you provide training for people outside of your organisation.

(If you need help delivering your own online events or sessions, take a look at what AMA’s digital stage management service offers.)

Types of training available

Our wealth of experience in all things marketing, communications and audience development make AMA an ideal partner for your bespoke training delivery. We can deliver one-off training, or a more comprehensive programme – all tailored to your needs and budget.

The training can be for your own organisation, or it can be training your organisation wants to deliver to others. Depending on who the training is for, we can help advertise and promote the training, if appropriate.

AMA works with you to identify your objectives and take a brief, from which we programme the training. We’ll advise on the best format for the outcomes you’re looking for. We then source, brief and manage expert speakers and facilitators, and take care of all aspects of delivery. We’ll provide AMA hosts to support the session and handle any technical issues for you on the day, to ensure the training is a success. We can help demonstrate this with post-event evaluation.

We deliver training that is as broad or specialised as your needs require.

One-off online sessions

  • a presentation-style webinar (usually 1.5 hours)
  • a workshop (usually 3 hrs, with more interactivity, e.g. breakout groups)

Mentoring support

  • built into or delivered alongside training to support learning

A programme of sessions – online or in person (as permitted by Covid restrictions)

  • covering multiple topics and formats
  • delivered as an “intensive” over a few days – or spaced out over time to allow learning to be implemented / work to take place between sessions

As this is bespoke training, we’re open to trying new things and being flexible, so please ask us if there’s something specific you’d like support with, and we’ll do our best to help.

We pride ourselves on finding the right solution for your individual requirements. We’re flexible and adaptable and dedicated to helping you get the outcomes you want. If you’ve got something different in mind, let us know. We’re happy to brainstorm ways we can help your organisation meet its training goals.
