Audience Diversity Academy 1.0

Find out about the pilot programme

The Audience Diversity Academy pilot has now finished — the first cohort of Fellows have now completed the programme which addresses a key sector challenge exploring ways to build new and diverse audiences. We use the word diversity in its broadest sense.

The first cohort of Fellows developed and delivered work-based experiments with the support of international Mentors. You can discover more about their experiments on the AMA blog using the Audience Diversity Academy filter.

Our Fellows represent arts, culture and heritage organisations across England. We also offer Joint Fellowships for two people from the same organisation to take part. Discover more about the Fellows who have recently graduated from the successful pilot programme below.
