Sponsorship and Partnership opportunities

There are a number of exciting ways your brand can be associated with the AMA conference. Please click on the headings below to expand the details of each opportunity.

The opportunity for an organisation to be positioned as an authority on the latest knowledge and insight within the arts marketing sector. This will include a programmed session on insights from the sponsor.

Insights sponsorship: £4,000 + VAT, which could include:

  • The opportunity to co-curate a session, within the programme in association with the AMA, focusing upon insights and knowledge on the sector (subject to approval)

  • Dedicated AMA email to delegates including case studies and tips from the sponsor

  • Sponsor presence on the relevant AMA webpage

  • Sponsor presence on the AMA conference app

  • Tweets from the AMA on your sponsorship

  • Credit for the sponsorship to be mentioned once during the conference

  • A post or pre-conference blog post on the AMA blog

  • Two conference delegate places

  • ½ page ad in an issue of JAM

  • Access to a discounted stand rate

Position your brand as a leader in helping the arts world to adopt the latest methodologies from the tech world and as an organisation at the forefront of technical development. 

Innovation partnership: £4,000 + VAT, which could include:

  • A space set aside throughout the duration of the conference, to be hosted as an open space / hub where delegates would come forearmed with digital / technical questions

  • 1-2-1 surgeries could be run and managed within the above space

  • Dedicated AMA email to delegates inviting them to the space

  • Sponsor presence on the relevant AMA webpage

  • Sponsor presence on the AMA conference app

  • Tweets from the AMA on your sponsorship

  • Credit for the sponsorship to be mentioned once during the conference

  • A post or pre-conference blog post on the AMA blog

  • Two conference delegate places

  • ½ page ad in an issue of JAM

The role of the networking sponsor aims to position the sponsor as both a facilitator of effective communication and as a supporter of superior networking.

Networking sponsorship: £3,500 + VAT, which could include:

  • The opportunity to host a specific networking event of your design or collaborate with the AMA on its networking activities

  • All coffee and tea breaks to be branded as the sponsor’s

  • Both lunch breaks to be branded as the sponsor’s

  • One of the sponsored sessions available within the conference

  • Sponsor presence on the relevant AMA webpage

  • Sponsor presence on the AMA conference app

  • Tweets from the AMA on your sponsorship

  • Credit for the sponsorship to be mentioned once during the conference

  • Two delegate places

  • Access to a discounted stand rate

The opportunity for the partner to be positioned as a champion for inclusivity.

Inclusivity partnership: £4,000 + VAT, which could include:

  • A programmed session within the programme, curated in partnership with the AMA, which aims to facilitate a discussion around diversity and inclusivity

  • Branded page on the AMA or AMAculturehive website which pulls together case studies and best-practice examples

  • Sponsor presence on the relevant AMA webpage

  • Sponsor presence on the AMA conference app

  • Tweets from the AMA on your sponsorship

  • Credit for the sponsorship to be mentioned once during the conference

  • Two conference delegate places

  • Access to a discounted stand rate

  • ½ page advert in JAM

The opportunity to sponsor the main opening night social.

Social sponsorship: £3,000 + VAT, which could include:

  • Social sponsorship to be acknowledged during the opening social

  • AMA email to be sent to all delegates introducing the opening night social sponsor prior to the conference. 

  • Sponsor to be credited whenever the main social event is mentioned

  • Fun engagement activity to be included by the sponsor at both / one of the main socials events

  • Opportunity to welcome delegates officially during the opening of the first night social 

  • Sponsor presence on the AMA conference app

  • Tweets from the AMA on your sponsorship

  • Two conference delegate places
