    a) For BACS payments, our bank details are: HSBC / Account: Arts Marketing Association / sort code: 40-27-16 / account number: 91204092
    b) You can click on the link on your invoice to pay directly using a credit / debit card.
    c) Please note we no longer accept payment via cheque.
  3. In the unlikely event that your invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel your event booking. We will notify you if we intend to take this course of action.
  4. Delegates will receive a 100% refund or a credit note (as applicable) if the AMA receives written notification of cancellation of the booking at least 14 days before the event takes place.
  5. Delegates will receive a 50% refund or credit note (as applicable) if the AMA office receives notification of cancellation at least 7 days before the event takes place.
  6. No refund or credit note will be issued for cancellations received within 6 days of the date of the event.
  7. The event booking may be transferred to another person within the same organisation at any point, but must be done so at the relevant rate. i.e. a booking made at the member rate cannot be transferred to a non-member without them either joining the AMA or receiving an additional invoice for the difference between the two rates. For any bookings made at the member rate, the delegate must also be a member at the time of attending the event.
  8. The AMA may publish or share a delegate list featuring names, job titles, and organisation names of all attendees prior to larger events to help with networking. Please get in touch if you don’t wish to appear on any of the delegate lists for a specific event.
  9. The AMA will make every effort to deliver the programme and timetable for the event as described but reserves the right to make any necessary changes and will notify delegates accordingly.

  4. The AMA will consider on a case-by-case basis transferring participant’s places to another person if they are at the appropriate level for the programme. This can only be considered if the AMA is notified at least 14 days in advance of the programme taking place.
