A Journey to Making your Marketing Inclusive

What is it about?

Taking an honest look at their approach to reaching more diverse audiences was the first step in Birmingham’s Town Hall Symphony Hall’s journey to starting to make real change.

Richard Loftus, Director of Sales and Marketing, will discuss the work he led his team through to significantly open up the venue’s reach. He’ll be drawing on the learning and experiments he carried out during his time on the AMA’s Audience Diversity Academy, getting into how he decided on what to try, the impact his work has had, and looking to the next steps in their journey.

What will I gain?

— Valuable insight into how to make change in your organisation

— An understanding of how to begin reaching more audiences

— Confidence in getting your colleagues on board

Who is it for?

This is a Strategic session, aimed at mid-career level delegates.
