Rob has worked in the arts, culture and tourism since his first job behind the box office of Cornerhouse. He taught film at Manchester Metropolitan University, was part of the team which opened The Lowry, developing the then innovative My Lowry scheme, joined Manchester International Festival to develop its website, social media and digital marketing, and went on to edit Time Out Manchester and Time Out Leeds.

Now freelancing, Rob works with the likes of Royal Exchange theatre, Creative Tourist, Result CIC, and has joined the Board of Directors of DaDaFest, the celebration of arts by and for deaf and disabled people. He also advises the Chancery Bar Association on social media use. Rob is a photographer and film maker, which forms another strand of work, and he’ll gladly tell you which famous pop star has a book of his work on her coffee table.
