Katie is an experienced consultant, trainer and digital strategist. Katie has been providing training and consultancy support for over 18 years, both with The Audience Agency and prior to that as an independent consultant. She has also worked as digital project manager and has hands on experience of taking digital projects from inception through to delivery.
Recent projects include digital strategy development, online audience research and numerous training workshops on topics such as social media engagement, Google Analytics, social analytics, paid social advertising, social media storytelling.
Katie is a frequent speaker at events and conferences and contributor to the ‘Manual of Digital Museum Planning’ published by Rowman & Littlefield. She is a Trustee of Abandon Normal Devices.
