Headshot of Charlotte GrossCharlotte Gross joined Scottish Ballet in 2004 as Head of Marketing & Communications, becoming Head of Sales & Marketing in 2016. She has a particular interest in digital Marketing and Communications and under her leadership Scottish Ballet won the UK Golden Tweet (2009), successfully sold a Scottish tour using exclusively digital marketing (2012), received a Commendation for Digital Media Strategy of the Year (2015 DADI Awards) and won the 2017 UK Theatre Awards for Achievement in marketing/audience development for the first Digital Season (a month long programme of films, live streams and other digital projects).
