Auriel Majumdar is a Creative Business Coach and Change Management Consultant. After twenty years working at a senior level in the national voluntary sector and local authorities, Auriel now runs her own business working with a diverse set of organisations and individuals who want to transform and grow.
Auriel specialises in the use of deep listening and creative techniques in her coaching and consultancy. Clients who work with Auriel consistently report that her thoughtful, innovative approach helps them cultivate their ideas, ignite their imagination and sharpen their focus, motivating them to drive towards their goals.
Auriel is a Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University and is a part of the academic team teaching the Masters in Coaching and Mentoring.
Auriel has a BSc. in Psychology from Durham University and a MSc. in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University. She is accredited in the Time to Think coaching methodology and is an Accredited Miro Psychometrics Practitioner. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and practices within the EMCC’s Code of Ethics.
