Leadership master class

Developing a resilient, creative and agile team
19 Mar 2013 to 20 Mar 2013

What is it about?

Does your organisational culture help people to create great things? Is your team agile, responsive and positive in times of change?

In this one day leadership master class Mark Wright will work with managers from across the arts sector to explore how we can develop a culture of creativity within our teams in order to remain vibrant and meaningful while external change rapidly becomes the status quo.

What will I gain?

  • Insights, knowledge and advice on how to lead and influence change,
  • tried and tested techniques to develop a culture of creativity and to inspire creative thinking within one-off meetings and everyday tasks,
  • space and time to really reflect on the culture of your organisation or your team,
  • an understanding of how you can influence the state of mind within your team to help individuals and the organisation to become nimble, daring and responsive.
