The AMA is managed by the following team

Executive Director: Julie Aldridge

Reports to the board and is responsible for all areas of organisational operation and development.

Events and Services Manager: Annabel Busher

Annabel is responsible for managing the mentoring scheme and operational aspects of the conference and other events.

Marketing Manager: Helen Bolt

Helen is responsible for project managing and editing JAM, and is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that encompasses all areas of the AMA’s current and planned work

Events and Services Officer: Katherine Dimsdale

Katherine is first point of contact for events information and bookings and is responsible for the operational side of events such as room hire, catering and managing speakers.

Marketing Officer: Matthew Gatehouse

Matt is responsible for supporting the marketing manager with comiling and editing JAM, the implementation of tactical marketing campaigns and member services and is the first point of contact for members wanting to advertise with the AMA.

Membership and Finance Administrator: Hannah Fenton

Hannah is a first point of contact for members and among other things is responsible for day-to-day finance procedures along with processing memberships and events bookings.

Freelance Business Services Manager: Neil Parker

Neil is now part-time and responsible for ensuring that effective business processes are in place.

Hilary works part-time as finance manager for the AMA.
