Mission Possible - a tale of everyday heroics
Sadler's Wells, London. 22nd November, 10am to 5pm
Most people believe that arts organisations should be mission led and that audience focus is a crucial business strategy but it is often easier said than done to meld the two in a complimentary and unified approach. But, when doing it right can help create, retain and engage audiences and visitors it could just be worth that bit of extra effort. Who needs super-heroes? This is a story of the everyday heroism of hard working and dedicated arts professionals!
Mission Possible (incorporating the AGM) will explore how a mission statement can become an inspiring mandate for action (rather than a dusty old plaque on the wall) and encourage you to look again at the way you connect with your audiences and visitors. It will also investigate how different interests and departments, such as marketing, management, education and fundraising can collaborate to present a strong, united voice that really speaks to our audiences and visitors.
