Mark Wright — Co-founder, People Create Ltd.

Mark Wright has spent the last ten years helping leaders and their teams achieve clarity, purpose and performance. With a background, both in the arts and commercial sectors, he works both nationally and internationally with clients from a wide range of sectors, including telecoms, chemicals, logistics, IT, retail, theatre and dance.

He founded People Create Limited in 2007 after working for the charity Arts & Business and then Head of Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion for the accountancy firm, Ernst & Young.
