Exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities at AMA conference 2018

The AMA’s 25th annual conference, ‘The Power of Play’ will be held from 24 July to 26 July 2018. Each year the AMA hosts its conference in a different part of the UK, to help ensure an even geographical spread to its events and to reach the diverse mix of people working in arts, culture and heritage across the country. Next year’s conference will be held in the culturally vibrant city of Liverpool.

The AMA conference and exhibition is the ideal place to network, engage and raise awareness of your brand with around 600 arts and cultural professionals from a wide range of different organisations. The AMA conference is the largest and most important event for arts professionals in the country. Having a presence at the conference and exhibition provides access to the key decision makers and influencers working within arts marketing, all keen to hear about the latest in digital marketing trends, audience development and marketing methodology.

Be part of the AMA conference success story and help to shape the sector’s future. Sponsor an element, host a briefing or take out an exhibition stand; show how your brand can help arts organisations to think creatively, innovate and experiment.

The ACC Liverpool provides the perfect venue for AMA conference 2018 with the exhibition, catering and seminar spaces all under one roof. The ACC sits at the centre of the Liverpool Waterfront. Liverpool is a Unesco World Heritage site comprising of six historic areas, all of which are within easy walking distance of the ACC. The exhibition will be held across the foyer, hall 3 and hall 11, all of which are situated on the same level, with catering throughout. The attached PDF and virtual tour give an idea of the layout.

“The AMA is the leading conference for arts marketers in the cultural sector. It brings everyone together under one roof. As an organisation that serves the sector The Audience Agency looks at the conference as an essential part of our dialogue with the people who use our tools and services. The conference is also incredibly well run with a team of dedicated staff that ensure we get maximum benefit from the incredibly reasonable prices of their sponsorship packages.”                             The Audience Agency

Sponsoring the breakfast briefing gave us an opportunity to connect with and share thought leadership with conference delegates.”

“The conference provided us with a great opportunity to meet up with a number of our museum partners from across the UK and present our wider sector support and services to other organisations we might otherwise have not met. The first day was topped off with networking drinks for our partner venues where faces were put to many names! We had really positive feedback from our breakfast briefing, which helped raise awareness for Art Happens (our free museum and gallery crowdfunding platform) and gave us the chance to share key learnings, understand current challenges and hopefully inspire new projects.”
