Exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities at AMA conference 2017

The AMA’s 24th annual conference will be held from 25th July to 27th July. Each year the AMA hosts its conference in a different part of the UK, to help ensure an even geographical spread to its events and to reach the diverse mix of people working in arts, culture and heritage across the country. Next year’s conference will be held in the cultural and historic city of Belfast.

The AMA conference and exhibition offers the ideal place to network, engage and raise awareness of your brand with over 600 arts and cultural professionals from a wide range of different organisations. The AMA conference is the largest and most important event for arts professionals in the country. Having a presence at the conference and exhibition provides access to the key decision makers and influencers working within arts marketing. Each year, delegates gather to be inspired by the latest in digital marketing trends, audience development and marketing methodology, to generate new connections and re-ignite existing ones and help shape the sector’s future.

The AMA and the AMA conference sit firmly at the forefront of social media engagement highlighted by examples such as:

–       @amadigital has over 10,400 followers and this is rapidly growing

–       #AMAconf trended in the UK during last year’s conference

–       The AMA live streamed different parts of conference on Periscope for the first time at conference 2016, with a total of approximately 700 views

Positioning your brand alongside that of the AMA and the AMA conference will not only help you to take advantage of its social media network but you will also benefit from the associated key values and trends.

There are a number of different options available, ranging from exhibiting, hosting a sponsored session to social sponsorship. Utilise a briefing or programmed sponsored session to demonstrate how your brand offering can further delegates’ aspirations and objectives for audience engagement or take out a stand to help attract the attention of the 600 conference arts professionals.
