What is it about?
As the leader of a small-scale arts or cultural organisation you’re likely to be wearing many hats and have competing demands on your time.
The Small-Scale Development Programme (SSDP) has been created to provide a short and intensive programme to review how you can reach and engage more people more often, to realise your ambitions for your company and drive a successful future. Together with our expert trainers, we’ve crafted a tailored programme that provides a mix of organisational, strategic and practical skills to help you achieve your audience objectives.
The SSDP consists of an intensive residential to develop skills and knowledge and follow up online coaching with programme trainers to help put your plans into practice. As a participant of the programme, you’ll also receive a complimentary AMA membership (if you’re not already a member).
The Small-Scale Development Programme is heavily subsidised and costs just £95 +VAT. This includes all your training, accommodation and meals whilst at the residential, and your post-residential online coaching. Please read the booking terms and conditions before securing your place.
