What is it about?

Join us the day after the main Inclusivity and Audiences Symposium for a follow-up workshop and discussion facilitated by Raymond Bobgan of Cleveland Public Theatre.

As a leader or senior cultural professional, this more intimate setting will allow you to delve deeper into the challenges you’re currently facing around inclusivity and diversity. Explore the bigger conversation. Learn what it means to change the culture of your organisation and how to make it more inclusive.

You’ll leave with the critical skills and strategic tools to make change and the confidence to put your plans into action.

What will I gain?

— An opportunity to develop your ideas around inclusivity with your peers using reflective and critical thinking techniques.

— The chance to take a fresh perspective on ways your organisation can approach inclusivity

— Time to explore what others have already done — what worked and what did not. The opportunity to challenge and be challenged.

Who is it for?

This workshop and discussion is for senior cultural professionals and leaders who have attended day one of the Inclusivity and Audiences Symposium.
