As part of an Arts Council funded Future Proof Museums Programme I undertook a rebrand of our organisation which led to us becoming the National Justice Museum. My story is how we found our cause.

It’s about choosing a positive lens to view the world and placing value on what you represent and do rather than looking for problems. Keep it simple.

- The need to write a manifesto with your team to tell the world what you want to achieve
- Create your brand from your cause and manifesto save yourself a lot of time and money
What are you most looking forward to about AMA conference 2017?
Two days away from the office to think creatively and find positive solutions in the company of cultural peers and with the stimulus of first class media professionals.
