AMA conference 2019  Rewire: Culture, Audiences and You

What is it about?

To rewire is to make better connections. Creating collaborations that are greater than the sum of their parts and flourishing during periods of change.

Delve deep into what it means to connect and realise stronger relationships with audiences. At AMA conference 2019  Rewire: Culture, Audiences and You we’ll explore what connection really means for audiences, partners and colleagues to ensure your organisation thrives.

We know that the world is changing quickly, so now’s your chance to step away from the day-to-day and rewire your thinking about your relationships with audiences. What does the future hold for society, our sector, our audiences and our organisations? How can we make the  most of these opportunities? If there are challenges ahead, what tools do we need in order to be resilient?

Explore how audiences are responding to change. How can you unite your organisation to always be thinking about audiences? Are there still silos? How can your organisation create a holistic visitor experience?

To bridge gaps, join up our thinking and move away from silos, we need to get creative and have some honest conversations. How can we do this constructively? How do we explore the skills and innovation needed to ensure our organisations can respond to change?

At AMA conference 2019 you’ll join hundreds of other cultural professionals to have these conversations, to connect and collaborate, spark new ideas and take away tangible tools to use in your work.
